“The goal is to get a user surfing the web to click on the video to go through to our site and check out the resources on these topics.”
Promotional Video to boost Web Traffic.
Designed for a format similar to YouTube ads, the video needed to capture attention, deliver a clear message quickly, and remain memorable to viewers.
The site’s visual identity was carried through and expanded in the video.
There was an opportunity to also expand and build upon what the brand and it’s visual identity “could become”. The minimum was to maintain the brands color palette and typography, so I was given the creative liberty to design more elements based on what was provided from the website.
Pushing the Brand Further
Three distinct creative directions were explored before arriving at the final visual style.
Collaborated with a marketing consultant to define the target audience and establish a design style that would capture their attention. The approach evolved from a personable, people-focused concept to a more whimsical and visually engaging style.
